Jeffrey Halaut
Jeffrey Halaut is the Vice President, Intelli-Gate of Intelligent Perimeter
Systems, Inc. (IPS), a U.S.-based developer and integrator of industrial
and homeland security products and services. In his role, Mr. Halaut
oversees all of the design, procurement, sales, installation, and customer
relationships for IPS’ Intelli-Gate product line. Intelli-Gate
is a new-to-the-world security application that employs universal access
control technology to automate the entry of personnel, vehicles and visitors
into a secure location accurately and in real-time.
Previously, Mr. Halaut was a Program Manager with L3 Communications,
where he spearheaded the $38 million United States Air Force vehicle
barrier program spanning 144 air force bases worldwide. During
this program, Mr. Halaut managed a staff of over 25 employees and contractors,
with over 20 installation and survey teams in the field.
Prior to managing the USAF contract, Mr. Halaut was a Deputy Program
Manager with L3, where he focused on proposal writing, technical evaluation,
and system design and development.
Before his work at L3, Mr. Halaut was a Senior Engineer with Radian
Asset Protection Systems, where he designed the USAF Smart Gate program. While
at Radian, he developed and designed security perimeter programs for
over 25 military accounts and 14 government facilities.
Mr. Halaut has also had sales leadership roles with System Design and
Integration and Old South Construction Company.
Mr. Halaut currently lives in Fredericksburg, VA. |
