IPS is governed by a talented Board of Directors with diverse skill sets, including the original founder of the company. These executives have helped position IPS in the marketplace and advance the company’s products and related customer offerings.  

Additionally, day-to-day business performance execution is managed by the key executives and outside consultants described below.  Under the leadership of Mr. Korodi and Mr. Girard, this talented collection of resources is responsible for meeting agreed-upon annual budget and related performance goals.
